Once the outage is over, please switch back to Change Healthcare.
To switch from Change Healthcare to Relay Health in PrimeRx, please follow these steps:
1. Go to Maintenance
2. Select “5. System file
3. Navigate to “Transmission Settings”
4. Change primary to “Relay Health”
5. Click “Save”

Ways to Contact Customer Support
Login to your client portal to log a ticket, initiate a request, and have a support representative follow up with your pharmacy.
Start a Chat
Use our on-line chat feature (bottom right corner of your screen) to initiate a chat with one of our support representatives.
Customer Training Portal
As a customer of Micro Merchant Systems, you have access to our Prime Portal. The Prime Portal is designed to help you find the information you need quickly and easily. This provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up your password, navigate Prime Portal, sign up for upcoming webinars, how to add/remove additional users from your account, and contacting an admin for assistance.
To set up your password, follow these steps:
- Check the email you received during your onboarding process. This will have the link to set up your password. If you did not receive this email, please contact our support team here
- Click on the link to go to the Customer Training Portal login page, where your email will already be auto-populated
- Enter a new password
- Click on the “Set Password” button to complete the process
