What is the PrimeRx MARKET Integration Incentive Program?
This program rewards pharmacies that purchase through the integrated PrimeRx–MARKET platform. Each month, pharmacies can earn credits toward their PrimeRx software maintenance fee based on their total qualifying purchases.
How Do I Qualify for the Incentive?
Simply place at least one MARKET order through your PrimeRx software integration each month.
You don’t need to make all $2,500 in purchases through the integration, just one order qualifies you for the incentive, as long as your total generic (non-brand) purchases for the month reach $2,500. Once that threshold is met, you’ll automatically earn a $25 credit toward your PrimeRx maintenance fee.
You can now access the PrimeRx MARKET integration directly from your dispensing workflow, including during Rx entry, drug edits, pick verification, adjudication, and RPh verification without additional logins required.

What types of purchases are eligible?
Only generic (non-brand) products purchased through the PrimeRx–MARKET integration count toward the incentive threshold. Brand-name products are excluded.
How is the $25 credit applied?
Credits are automatically applied to your next month’s PrimeRx software maintenance fee- no forms or submissions required.
Can I earn more than one $25 credit per month?
Yes! You can earn multiple credits based on your total eligible purchases.
What happens if I don’t reach $2,500 in purchases during a month?
If you don’t reach the $2,500 threshold in a given month, no credit will be applied for that period, but you can start earning again the following month.
When do the credits expire?
All credits must be used by December 31, 2025. Unused credits will expire after that date.
