Meet Tim Tannert
Tim Tannert blends a pharmacist’s heart for patient care with more than two decades of entrepreneurial leadership and executive coaching. After starting behind the counter, he stepped into the CEO role of a national pharmacy-software company and—by running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS)—guided it from 20 employees to 150, led two successful exits, and built a business strong enough to thrive without him.
That journey showed Tim how EOS’s simple disciplines can turn chaos into clarity. Today he devotes his career to helping pharmacy owners and other leaders do the same: create healthier teams, achieve their goals, and enjoy the rewards of their work. A proud husband and father of two, Tim brings practical tools, real-world stories, and a calm, “I’ve-been-there” perspective to every stage he steps onto.
