Angelo Cifaldi is a licensed pharmacist and attorney who has dedicated nearly four decades to representing clients in both mass tort litigation and pharmacy administrative law.
As co-chair of the firm’s Mass Tort/Class Action and Cannabis Law groups, Mr. Cifaldi has recovered more than $1 billion for victims of asbestos exposure, chemical exposure, and environmental contamination. His landmark recoveries include multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for individuals harmed by groundwater contamination and asbestos-related diseases.
In his pharmacy law practice, Mr. Cifaldi represents hundreds of pharmacies, pharmacists, technicians, wholesalers, and healthcare providers in New Jersey and New York. He advises and defends clients before the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy, DEA, FDA, Medicare, and Medicaid, handling matters such as:
